5.2.1 The Interactive Expression in insert-buffer

In insert-buffer, the argument to the interactive declaration has two parts, an asterisk, *, and bInsert buffer: .

• Read-only buffer: When a buffer cannot be modified.
• b for interactive: An existing buffer or else its name.
